I'm Shrikant, Founder and CEO of SmartViz. After spending 20 years in innovation and construction tech, I discovered what I enjoy most – using data, AI, and IoT to make buildings smarter and more sustainable. That’s what SmartViz is here to do. We help organisations boost space use, cut costs, and support net-zero goals. So, we can create better, healthier spaces for everyone.
20 years in building design, parametric modelling, and data-driven insights all shape my role as Head of Operations. I’ve always enjoyed finding ways to boost efficiency and make my customers' lives better. Now, thanks to my time at Arup and Hydrock, I’m using advanced IoT and AI technologies to do exactly that at SmartViz.

As a Structural Engineer and Consultant with over 25 years in the AEC sector, buildings are my thing. At SmartViz, I support the team by refining our go-to-market strategy, while keeping people and planet at our heart. My passion? Using technology to create smarter, sustainable buildings that really work for the people inside them.
I’m Julie, an independent marketing consultant who’s been part of the SmartViz team since launch. I lead the marketing and comms strategies, making sure our business strengths get seen and heard. Visibility, reputation, getting noticed by the right people – that’s where I come in.
An accountant with extensive experience partnering CEOs, investors, and Boards to develop and grow entrepreneurial businesses. My experience includes start-ups, scale-ups, high growth SME’s and publicly listed companies. I am responsible for setting, guiding, and delivering SmartViz’s financial strategy.
I’m here to guide the SmartViz platform’s development – making sure it delivers impact while being easy to use. My background spans UX, product strategy and tech. So I spend my time creating smart, data-driven features that make buildings more comfortable, efficient and sustainable. For me, real-world problems need intuitive design at every step.
I work closely with clients to deliver custom solutions to their problems. Whether I’m building Power BI reports or shaping new features, my background in data science and software development always comes into play. IoT, machine learning, data – I like combining all three to create smarter buildings for our clients.
Real-time analytics, backend systems, predictive modelling – this is where you’ll find me. As a data scientist, I turn complex data into insights that help clients cut energy use, optimise space, and enhance wellbeing. As geeky as it sounds, I love creating intelligent, sustainable environments that people want to spend time in.
I’ve lived and breathed interactive visualisation over the last 20 years. Which means I know a thing or two about using design, data, and real-time insights to build powerful 3D platforms. At SmartViz, I’m the one who turns complex spatial data into colourful visualisations, so our clients see the positive changes they can make.
I design and develop digital twin solutions that use real-time data, AI, and predictive analytics to improve building performance. I’m all about reducing energy and creating better environments through user-focused technology. I believe buildings should be designed with people at their heart. Always.
My role is to talk to our clients, listen to what they need – and work out how SmartViz can make their buildings better. I have a sales background, plus years in customer-facing roles in hospitality and retail, so I love a good chat. Honestly though? I’m here to understand what you need – and then to make it happen.
I’m Ekta, a 3D Modeller at SmartViz with a Master’s in Architecture from the Dessau Institute in Germany. I bring a global design perspective and a passion for creating sustainable, impactful spaces. Ask me about combining aesthetics and function to enhance how people live, work, and interact with buildings. I’d love that.
I’m Abhi, with my background in Data Science, I work alongside project leads supporting them across the full project lifecycle - right from project setup, data analytics to building Power BI dashboards and visual reports. With SmartViz, I’m excited to contribute towards a sustainable future, learn from the team and take on new challenges.

SmartViz’s preconfigured peel-and-stick sensors are integrated with detailed but easy-to-adapt analytics tools that can capture and analyse user behaviour. This allows estate managers to stream real-time insights without the need for technical expertise.
